DO NOT GET CONFUSED ABOUT NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA.

Many a time I hear people speak ill of NOUN. That, it is not a standard tertiary institution and that it is not recognized by  National University Commission (N.U.C). I even read it on some blogs that the students are dumbs and that the certificates awarded by NOUN will not earn her students jobs.
I want to let you know that all this are lies and far from the truth. NOUN is well recognized by the N.U.C and the students are enlisted in National Youth Service Corps (N.Y.S.C) click here to confirm. The students are not dumb I am a living testimony. As a matter of fact, NOUN makes her studentsself-sufficient through her mode of education. There are no lecturers to bribe for marks or grades and as such students need to sit tight and work hard. And that is exactly how it is in NOUN.

“NOUN IS NOT A PLAYING GROUND IT IS AN ACADEMIC AVENUE THAT DEMANDS A LOT FROM HER STUDENTS IN TERMS OF SERIOUSNESS.”

Noun is more demanding than conventional universities.
I think some of this people are just angry about how easy and flexible NOUN has made tertiary education.

If you are reading this post now and contemplating whether to apply to NOUN or not, or that all these negative saying has polluted your mind concerning the institution, I want to tell you that you have nothing to fear about this reputable institution – NOUN.

Even top Nigerian celebrities attended the institution for their post graduate studies.
